Proof of Concept Fund- The Governor’s Office of Economic Development, SD EPSCoR and angel investors have developed an early stage “Proof of Concept Fund” designed to help early stage technology companies to obtain capital needed to achieve initial milestones that will lead to follow on larger investments from angel investors, venture capital firms and other sources of capital.
