Governor Matt Michels and Mayor Jerry Krambeck will help TMone in Spearfish, S.D. celebrate its new 534-seat contact center with a ribbon-cutting ceremony next week. The ceremony will be held at 120 Industrial Drive in Spearfish on Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2011. The event will begin at 2 p.m. MT. The public and the media are encouraged to attend. TMone (pronounced T-M-one) is a leading U.S. Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm specializing in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Service Selling (CSS). In early August, TMone announced plans to initially hire 50 people and lease the former Premier Bankcard building in Spearfish for 10 years. -30-
